The staff at this hotel are very professional and especially helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The room was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with a sofa bed, a large couch, and nice TVs. The late check-out was much appreciated.

Relaxing and perfect hotel with amiable staff in a disrespectful manner, everything was great. Contemporary and squeaky clean room with refrigerator, a comfortable bed, all the basics, I had everything needed. Spent here 3 good days and will certainly stay here again.

The location was fantastic, with shops and restaurants nearby. The interior design was modern and appealing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was updated and had all the necessary amenities like a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets.

The location, only two block from 6th street. Bed was extremely comfortable.
I was charged for a meal in the restaurant, I did not have. Front desk did remove the charge though.

The lighting in the bathroom was bad, no fan to air out after showering, not enough mirrors. No fridge to put leftover food In.

The Courtyard Austin Downtown/Convention Center has a perfect and excellent location in the Downtown Austin district, very close to all restaurants and nightlife in the area. The room was well-stocked and of high quality, with feather pillows provided. The bathroom was reasonably spacious.

My sheets had holes in the top sheet. No microwave or microwave in the room. Some,not all,of the staff were not easy to understand/good at explaining room location.

Parking garage pass didn't work initially. Pillows were to thin.
